Jonathan is an accounting and business advisor who strives to provide clients with commercial solutions that are bespoke to their needs.
With over 20 years in the profession, Jonathan founded Graystone Private to focus on the funds management sector including HNW family office and individual investors.
Prior to founding Graystone Private, Jonathan was seconded to London and was focused on providing advisory services to global banks/managed funds.
Jonathan takes pride in understanding his clients’ needs and developing strong relationships with his clients.
Jonathan regularly advises local/overseas fund managers and understands the unique needs of each fund. This is demonstrated by Jonathan Yeo being appointed to their advisory boards and acting as the fund’s nominee director for their investee entities.

Andrew has over 25 years working in public practice, with vast experience working with and advising high-net wealth family groups, SMSF’s, SME’s to mature businesses.
Over this period, Andrew has built many long-term relationships with his clients with his affable manner, whilst providing strategic guidance through their entire financial lifecycle; from the wealth generation phase and tax structuring to succession and estate planning.
Andrew is focused on providing to the client’s needs, often working with multi-generations, providing strategies and outcomes suitable to each client’s unique needs.
His dedication to nurturing strong, enduring relationships with his clients is a testament to his belief in the power of trust and collaboration in achieving mutual aspirations.

Charl van der Walt
DIRECTOR
Charl brings over 10 years of experience to his clients. He has firmly established expertise in advising investors, high net wealth family groups, medical professionals, executives, and private companies.
Charl provides taxation, accounting, and business services. He always seeks to understand his clients’ unique accounting and taxation needs in the broader context of their overall investment strategy, financial, family and personal goals. Charl has a particular interest and experience in advising multigenerational family groups on managing and protecting intergenerational wealth through tax effective legal structures.
Experienced in understanding and servicing complex family group investment and business structures, Charl also understands the crucial role that SMSF structures can play in his clients' investment and asset protection strategies. He successfully advised his SMSF clients through the landmark changes to the SIS Act enacted in July 2017.
Charl believes his key strengths include his detail-oriented and systematic approach, as well as his ability to explain complex financial and tax concepts in a simple, easy to understand manner.
In addition to his role at Graystone Private, Charl acts as treasurer for a not-for-profit organisation.
